Car Bomb Wounds 21 in Algeria

Algerian authorities say a car bomb has exploded near a police station in northern Algeria wounding 21 people.

The Interior Ministry says in a statement the blast occurred early this Sunday morning in Tizi Ouzou, the main town of Kabylie region.

The city is located east of the capital, Algiers.
