To download a video program
Play the Windows Media file. After it begins playing in the Windows player, select “Save Media as…” under the “File” menu and save the file to your computer

MP3 files
Right -mouse click on the MP3 icon next to the program name and save (“Save Target as”) to your computer

Archives
All files in the Archives can be downloaded by right-mouse clicking on the file name and saving (“Save Target as”) to your computer

To Subscribe to Available Podcasts
Click on the podcasts icon in the Webcast table for the desired program
